 The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with N.H. RSA 676:7 will hold a Public Hearing at the Twin Mountain Fire Station, 104 route 3 North, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 PM concerning a request by James Phillips and Melissa Burke, Property located at: Map 418 Lot 001-000-000, 5 Harmony Hill Road, Twin Mountain, NH in the Residential Business zone, for an Appeal From an Administrative Decision to the Zoning Board of Adjustment under RSA 676:5 & 674:34.

Due to the State of Emergency declared by Governor Sununu as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #16 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, prohibiting gatherings of 10 or more people and the ongoing risk of infection by Covid-19, the Planning Board is providing public access to the hearing by telephone.

 The Town of Carroll, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with N.H. The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Twin Mountain Fire Station, 104 Route 3 North, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Subdivision application submitted by Ben and Melissa Jellison to subdivide the existing 14.17-acre parcel located at 323 Rt. 3 North, Twin Mountain, NH, Map: 205 Lot 006-000-000, into two separate lots of record.  The proposal subdivides 1.16 acres around the current house. The second lot will be 13.01 acres.  This property is zoned Residential Business (RB). If the application is accepted as complete at this time, a Public Hearing may be held immediately after.
