This document reflects the interim efforts by the sub-committee in gathering data, templates, forms, and media to create an updated Master Plan for the Town of Carroll.
Since the last planning board meeting, the sub-committee members have engaged in email exchanges regarding different town’s master plans.
The sub-committee worked to propagate the electronic media on creating a Master Plan from the Planning Board Chair obtained from the North Country Council within the sub-committee’s members.
Ken Mills and Richard Nelson met to exchange information regarding the respective towns they visited (Bethlehem, Lincoln, Lancaster, Jefferson) to obtain copies of their master plans and discuss education opportunities regarding planning board work.
