NON-PUBLIC SESSION

7:03 PM The Planning Board went into non-public session for legal matters per RSA 91-A:3,II,j after a roll call vote in the affirmative.
Members Present: Chairman, Evan Karpf, Vice Chairman, Erik Bergum, Selectmen Representative, William Dowling, and Members, Donna Foster, Richard Nelson, and Ernest Temple. Also present was Planning Board Secretary, Linda Dowling
The members present discussed releasing the e-mails from Town Counsel, which are considered confidential under attorney client privilege, concerning bonding and specifically the bonding relative to the Hunt Properties LLC subdivision.
Mr. Temple offered a motion to release e-mails from Town Counsel relative to bonding and specifically the bond for Hunt Properties LLC subdivision. Mr. Nelson seconded the motion. The vote was 6 – 0. The motion carries.
Mr. Dowling offered a motion to not seal the minutes of this non-public session. Chairman Karpf seconded the motion. The vote was 6 – 0. The motion carries.
