Members Present: Chairman, Donna Foster, Vice Chairman, Richard Nelson, Selectman Representative, Bonnie Moroney, Alternate member, Michael Hogan.
Also present were; William Dowling, Joan Karpf, John Warren, Jim Covey, Lisa Covey, David Scalley and Michael Roullard.
7:00 PM A quorum being present, Chairman Foster called the meeting to order.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Chairman Foster said this will be a non-public meeting and any further information will be given later. Members of the public exited and the doors were closed.
7:05 PM
Ms. Moroney offered a motion to go into non-public session. Mr. Hogan seconded the motion. The Secretary polled the Board. Mrs. Moroney – yes, Mrs. Foster – yes, Mr. Nelson – yes, Mr. Hogan – yes. The motion carries.
Ms. Moroney offered a motion to seal the minutes of this non-public session. Mr. Nelson seconded the motion. The vote was 4 – 0. The motion carries.
Ms. Moroney offered a motion to go back into public session. Mr. Hogan seconded the motion. The vote was 4 – 0. The motion carries.
7:10 PM The Board came back into public session.
Ms. Moroney offered a motion to adjourn. Mr. Hogan seconded the motion. The vote was 4 – 0. The motion carries.
7:12 PM Chairman Foster adjourned the meeting.
