January 21, 2015

“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Select board have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2.”

Board members present: Bonnie Moroney, Paul Bussiere and David Scalley.

Budget Committee members present: Michael Hogan, Chairman; Rena Vecchio, Rob Gauthier,
Bonnie Moroney

The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.by Chairman Moroney.

Chairman Moroney explained the members of the two boards/committees were called together to meet to sign various budget forms.

The Warrant, to be signed by Select Board only was first. Chairman Moroney made a Motion to: Sign the Warrant and Selectman Bussiere seconded. It was unanimous and the Warrant was signed by all Select Board members.

The Default Budget to be signed by both boards was next. Select Board Chairman Moroney made a Motion to sign the Default Budget. Budget Committee Chairman Hogan seconded and it was unanimous. All members signed.

The MS-737 (formerly MS-7) to be signed by the Budget Committee was last. Budget Member Bonnie Moroney made a Motion to sign the MS-737. Rena Vecchio seconded and it was unanimous. All Budget Committee members signed.

Chairman Moroney made a Motion to adjourn the meeting. Selectman Scalley seconded and it was unanimous. Chairman Moroney declared the meeting over at 7:11 p.m.
