TOWN OF CARROLL ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES September 10th, 2015
Members present were: Chairman-Paul Bussiere, Rob Gauthier, Dianne Hogan, alternate members asked to sit on the Board Claire Gritzer
The Public Meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm by Chairman Bussiere.
The Business for the Board was to approve and vote on a budget for the ZBA year 2016 to be submitted to the SB and Budget Committee. A suggested budget had been submitted via email to board members. Some discussion took place on this proposed budget. After a general discussion Rob Gauthier made a motion to approve the suggested budget. Claire Gritzer seconded the motion. The Chair took the vote all were in favor of the proposed 2016 budget (attached to these minutes).
The board was asked if there was any outstanding business to discuss. No board members had anything more for ZBA business. Dianne Hogan made a motion for adjourn the meeting. Claire Gritzer made the second. The chair took a vote to adjourn, all were in favor. Meeting ended at 7:57 PM.
