Approval of Minutes
Acting Chair Paul Bussiere asked the board if they were ready to approve the minutes of July 13, 2017. Joan Karpf made a motion to: approve the minutes of July 13, 2017 as written. Chris Papas seconded the motion.
Jason Sullivan asked to have the minutes reflect that Mike and Genesis Sullivan were not at the meeting, it was Jason and Mary Sullivan that were there.
Joan Karpf made a motion to: approve the minutes of July 13, 2017 with the correction. Chris Papas seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Paul Bussiere opened the meeting stating that there were only 3 members of the ZBA and the Sullivan’s have informed the board that they want to wait until the 4 board members are available.
Paul Bussiere made a motion to: suspend the order of June 20, 2017,
so that the request for the rehearing may be considered by 4 members of the ZBA. Joan Karpf seconded the motion.
Paul said the next meeting would be scheduled for September 14th and all 4 board members that have been sitting on this appeal had to be available. The 3 board members said they would be available.
Attorney Jason Bielagus said he was under the impression that no further development or construction could take place. Paul said you are right and we will change that now. Paul said he retracted his motion and Joan retracted her second.
Paul Bussiere made a motion to: suspend the order of June 20, 2017, so that the request for the rehearing may be considered by 4 members of the ZBA in September. While the request for the rehearing is pending , no further development or construction on the proposed site plan shall take place on the Sullyville property. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Joan Karpf made a motion to: adjourn. Chris Papas seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
