Members Present: Acting Chair Paul Bussiere, Chris Papas, John Trammell and Joan Karpf
Public: Jason and Mary Sullivan, Rachael Hempe, Counsel for the Sullivan’s, Len Wood, Joe and Lisa Trainor and Jason Bielagus, Counsel for the Trainor’s, John and Anita Greer, Mr. Matz, Jae Whitelaw, Counsel for the Planning Board.

Approval of Minutes
Acting Chair Paul Bussiere asked the board if they were ready to approve the minutes of August 10, 2017. John Trammell made a motion to: approve the minutes of August 10, 2017 as written. Chris Papas seconded the motion. The motion passed with 3 ayes and one abstaining as John Trammell was not present at the August meeting.
Request for a Rehearing
A request for a Rehearing from Sullyville, LLC/Beech Hill Campground has been made by Jason and Mary Sullivan.
Acting Chair Paul Bussiere said he would like to make a motion to strike the affidavits as they should have been submitted the first time. Paul Bussiere made a motion to: not consider any of the affidavits. Chris Pappas seconded and the motion passed with 3 ayes and Joan Karpf voting no.
Acting Chair Paul Bussiere asked the board if they found any errors they felt had been made by the board that needed to be discussed, if there had been any new arguments that had been submitted and/or any new evidence. He again asked if there was anything to discuss on the rehearing application. Joan said she would like to hear what the applicants had to say again. The rest of the board did not want to hear anything as there was no new evidence or errors made that they could see.
John Trammell made a motion to: deny the request by the Sullivan’s for a Rehearing on a decision made by the Zoning Board on July 13, 2017. Chris Pappas seconded and the motion passed with 3ayes and Joan Karpf voting no.
Paul Bussiere made a motion to: adjourn. John Trammell seconded and the motion was unanimous.
The meeting ended at 7:10 PM.
