Article 2. Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 1 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town's Zoning Ordinance as follows: Amendment No 1 would require all new outdoor lighting to be installed so that it does not shine either upward toward the sky or directly toward locations off the property. Existing lighting will be exempt from this amendment.

Article 3. Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 2 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town's Zoning Ordinance as follows: Amendment No. 2 would create a new Village District Overlay, to be located within a portion of the existing RES-2 (Bretton Woods) Zoning District. Within the overlay, certain requirements otherwise applicable within RES-2 could be relaxed by the Planning Board to allow greater flexibility in such matters as mixed uses within buildings, building height, roadway engineering standards and signage.
