Minutes of April 16, 2008
Member present: Lori Hogan,Carmine Fabrizio, Ken Mills, Lori Hogan, and Bonnie Moroney
Members excused: Tom Gately
Other present: Michael Shea.
Chair called meeting to order 7:08PM
Bonnie motioned to accept the minutes of the March 19, 2008 meeting, Carmine second, and it was passed.
The committee welcomed Michael back and asked if he had decided to join the committee. He said yes, so Lori called Ben Jellison and he came up and swore Michael in as a new member of the budget committee.
After Mike was sworn in Lori and the members took a few minutes to go over some things with Mike and answer his questions.
The committee went over the budget from the 15th of April, and was checking for anything that had more then a 30% usage. Bonnie was asked to ask Sue why in the
Planning Board budget they had spent $8,733.98 for engineering 01-4191.10-801 but
had only budgeted for $7,000.00 for the full year.
Bonnie was also asked to find out what the highway dept had gotten for equipment that
Cost $6815.05 on line 01-4312.10-250 putting them over for the year by $815.05
Bonnie motioned to adjourn meeting at 8:04PM and Carmine second, it was passed.
Next meeting will be May 21, 2008 7PM.
