Meeting Minutes October 8, 2009
“These minutes of The Town of Carroll Board of Adjustment have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions, and corrections by The Board of Adjustment at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2”

Meeting called to order at 7:00
Pledge of Allegiance
Acting Chair, Paul Bussiere
Kelly Chase and Mark Catalano/Irving Station were in with an application for a Special Exception, Map 208, Lot 5, Route 302. This is for the Rental of New or Used Snowmobiles.
Chairman Bussiere said the application was in order. Bill Dowling made a motion to: accept the application, with the understanding that the abutters list was in order. Jim Early seconded and the motion passed unanimously. A Public Hearing will be held at the next meeting, November 12, 2009.
The Chair asked if there was any other business before the board. There being none, Jim Early made a motion to: adjourn the meeting. Bill Dowling seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
