Meeting Minutes
October 20, 2005
Board members present: John Birknes, Connie Oliver, Bill Wright, John Sweeney,
Dr. Evan Karpf
Meeting called at 7:00 PM

Members of the public present: Ken Mosedale, Gardner Kellogg, Sharon Pronovost, Tracy Foster, Jeff Duncan, Marc Laliberte, Bob Drummond, Bruce Seymourian,
Tim Grant, Edith Tucker, Harry Burgess
Mr. Birknes made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of September 1, 2005.
Dr. Karpf said he would like to amend the minutes he said at the last meeting it was stated that a decision which was made was a unanimous vote and he said he abstained from voting and would like to have it corrected in the minutes.
He said in regards to the letter, which was sent to David Hogan for the property owned on Route 3 South. He said he would like to put forth that all conditions need to be met by November 5, 2005. He said the conditions were set at the time the use was approved.
Dr. Karpf said with the corrections to be made he said he would move to approve the minutes as corrected. Connie Oliver seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Mr. Birknes opened the meeting by reviewing correspondence that had come to the boards attention.
He announced the North Country Council would be holding a workshop regarding Aquifer and Groundwater Protection. The workshop will be held on November 10, 2005 at 5:30 PM at the Franconia Town Hall. He also announced the Fall Conference on Zoning and Planning. It is being held at Loon Mountain on November 5, 2005 from
