TOWN OF CARROLL CIP COMMITTEE

September 14, 2010

Members present: George Brodeur, Lori Hogan, Donna Foster, Tom Gately and Bonnie Moroney

Excused: Ken Mills, Jeff Duncan, Mike Brunetti, Mark Catalano, and Evan Karpf

Meeting started at 7:00

Lori opened the meeting and said that there is nobody here from the Communication group, and so she thought she might try to contact them and see about setting up a meeting with them. Bonnie said that she had put the minutes up on the town’s web page under the Planning Board and also put a blurb in the newsletter about the CIP.

Donna said she would take the copies that Bonnie had gotten done of the Warrants from the elections starting in the 1970’s. Bonnie said that she had more to go, but she was welcome to work with what she had gotten done. Donna said she would make copies of them for the Trustees of the Trust Fund as well.

George said he had e-mailed a packet to each of the department heads as well as the members of the committee. He has not received any feed back from the dept heads yet, but was interested if the list that we had contained all the contents of the fire trucks. Bonnie said that maybe that would be a good project for Jeremy, and she would suggest that to Jeff.

Lori asked George where he wanted to go from here, and he said that he would just as soon hold off for a couple of weeks and see if anybody gets back to him as he was going to be busy for the next few weeks. Bonnie made hard copies to the packet and put them in each of the dept heads boxes as well. George said he had e-mailed one to the Library so maybe we should be a hard copy in their box too.

We went over the hand out that included the roads and Donna asked about the life amounts on the roads. George said that should be about the time the road became a town road. He felt that Ken would have more information about the roads.

It was decided to go about a month instead of two weeks and see if more has gotten done.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, Oct. 19th at 7pm. Lori said she would try to get together with the communication group before then.

Meeting adjourned 7:35PM
