The Board announced the approval of bills and signing of checks.

Selectman Dowling made a Motion to: Accept the minutes of November 7, 2011, as written. Selectman Moroney seconded and the Motion passed unanimously.

Chairman Catalano tabled the minutes of November 14, 2011, to the next meeting.

Chairman Catalano read a letter from James Steele at North Country Council stating they will be applying for a grant for solid waste technical assistance. Should they receive this, it will help several local communities and they are asking these communities to write letters in support of their application. Selectman Dowling made a Motion to: Send a letter of support. Selectman Moroney seconded and the Motion passed unanimously. The Secretary said the letter will be ready to sign at the next meeting.

The following items were approved and signed:

Water Warrant – Strickland, Trammell, Saffian, Lavallee
Town Hall Use Permit Applications – WMRHS JROTC Batallion, Twin Mt. Snowmobile Club
Certificate of Occupancy – Pearce

Selectman Moroney said this is a good time to start thinking about the letters, etc. for the annual town report and that she wanted to recommend it be dedicated to Mr. Carl Carlson who passed away earlier this year. Mr. Carlson was a former businessman who also served as Selectman and on many other boards in the town. All were in favor of doing this.

As there was no further business, the Board was polled and went into non-public session for town aid and personnel matters at 7:12 p.m.

At the close of Non-Public Session, Chairman Catalano moved to return to Public Session and seal the minutes from Non-Public Session. Selectman Dowling seconded and the Motion passed unanimously.

There being no further discussion, Chairman Catalano made a Motion to: adjourn the meeting. Selectman Moroney seconded and the Motion passed unanimously. Chairman Catalano declared the meeting ended at 9:22 p.m. The next meeting will be Monday, December 5, 2011.
