Meeting Minutes of January 4, 2012

“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Select Board have been recorded by the Secretary of the Carroll Budget Committee. Though believed to be accurate and correct, they are subject to additions, deletions, and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting, when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2”

Board members present: Mark Catalano, Bill Dowling

The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Chairman Catalano

Members of the public present: Mr. Tucker, Edith Tucker, Rena Vecchio, Bill Smalley, Jeff Duncan.

Chair noted the duly noticed meeting was opened. Copies of the Default Budget were made and provided to the members of the Budget Committee as well as to the members of the public present. Chair motioned to continue the meeting to January 9, 2012 to discuss warrant articles. Bill Dowling seconded and the motion passed. Discussion turned to the time of the January 9 meeting, originally scheduled for 6:30. Chair noted the time should be 7:00pm. Therefore, the continued Select Board meeting will be held January 9, 2012 at 7:00pm.

Select Board member Moroney arrived at the meeting at 6:35.

With nothing further, at 6:35pm Chair continued the meeting until January 9, 2012 at 7:00pm.
