“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Planning Board have been recorded by its secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct, they are subject to additions, deletions, and corrections by the Planning Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2.”

Planning Board Members Present: Chair Alex Foti, Select Board Rep. Brian Mycko, Ryan Peffer, Rena Vecchio, Paula Murphy, Don Jones

Public Present: Jeff & Betsy Warren, Suzanne & Joe Zizzo, Jennifer Ames

Item #1: Call Meeting to Order

Meeting called to order at 5:03pm

Item #2: Pledge of Allegiance

Item #3: Attendance / Quorum

Attendance Taken and Quorum met

Item #4: Approval of Minutes

Brian Mycko made a motion to approve the minutes as written.

Don Jones seconded the motion.

All were in favor and nobody abstained.

Motion to approve the minutes as written passed.

Don Jones asked if we could use a transcribing program for meeting minutes.

Brian Mycko said that the Town could look into it and possibly the use of smart boards.

Discussion on Ordinance procedure and wording.
