June 28, 2023

“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Select Board have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions, and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2.”

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairperson Marquis

Katherine Heck from New Hampshire Municipal Association instructed Finance Worshop.

Selectperson Moroney’s participation was concluded when the Zoom portion ended at 7 p.m.

At the conclusion, there was discussion by the Board and the Treasurer on the function of the Town’s Special Revenue Accounts.

Selectperson Greer advised that he reached out to an employment recruiter to see what services she could provide. Chairperson Marquis stated he would rather wait and see what applications come in if any. He feels we need to give it time and then a recruiter can be discussed if needed then.

Chairperson Marquis made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Selectperson Greer seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Chairman Marquis declared the meeting ended at 7:14 p.m.
