Chairman Alex Foti opened the Public Hearing. He explained the reason for the Hearing was to invite comments from the public and to discuss the draft warrant article proposing two amendments to the Town of Carroll Zoning Ordinance. The article will be presented to the Town at the Deliberative Session and the Town Meeting to be voted on.

There was no public present. John Gardiner asked if the open space in the Commercial Use Area Limitations included parking lots. Chairman Foti said that parking lots would not be considered part of the open space area and that it was in the definition. There were no other questions or comments.

John Gardiner made the motion to accept the draft warrant article as written. Donna Foster seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Chairman Foti closed the Public Hearing at 7:15 PM.
