“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Select Board have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2.”

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Gauthier.

Pledge of Allegiance.

The Chair announced that this is a Public Hearing to accept unanticipated revenues in the amount over $10,000 in accordance with RSA 31:95-b. He said it is expected the Town will receive amounts over $10,000 from: Homeland Security Grant, Eversource Rebate, Northern Border Regional Commission Grant, Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery, Emergency Services stipend and any other funds we are eligible for this year. Selectman Scalley made a motion to approve accepting any and all revenues that fit the criteria. Selectman Moroney seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

The Public Hearing was concluded at 7:03 p.m.
