Meeting Minutes
August 26, 2020

"These minutes of the Town of Carroll Select Board have been written by its Select Board member, David Scalley. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to addition, deletions and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. Board Members: Robert Gauthier, David A. Scalley.

Members of the Public: Imre Szauter, Annette (Town Treasurer)

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Gauthier.

Pledge of Allegiance.

We reviewed and approved the Town of Carroll Procurement Policy. Selectmen Scalley made a motion to approve the policy as written. Selectmen Gauthier seconded the motion. Motion successfully passed with two votes.

Other: Annette, our Treasurer, brought up a letter that she received from the Municipal Bond Bank and will forward it to the Selectmen for our review.

Chairman Gauthier announced the next meeting will be on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

At 7:36 p.m. Selectmen Scalley made a motion to end the meeting and seal the minutes. Chairman Gauthier seconded and the motion passed. Chairman Gauthier declared the meeting ended at 7:36 p.m.
