He went on to update the Board as to the latest happenings in the Town, 2 weeks ago they received their first nuisance call regarding an AIRBNB party at midnight, they arrested 13 people for alcohol and drug possession. The department sent out a nuisance letter to the owner and are waiting to hear back from them. Chairperson Scalley asked that the Selectboard get a copy of that letter to have in their file in case they get any calls. Chairperson Scalley said as far as the new federal holiday, it is not in the employee manual as of now but that does not mean it can not be discussed at a later date.
