Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions and corrections by the Select Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. by Chairperson Scalley.

Chairperson Scalley opened the public bond hearing at 6:04 p.m. Greg Hogan indicated that the bond attorney had not arrived and would like to wait for her. The Board agreed at 6:05 p.m. to wait for the attorney’s arrival.

Karen Moran wanted to let the Board know that Little River Road and Woodcrest both look beautiful.

Karen Moran inquired about what roads are part of the bond and Selectperson Mills asked if there was a prioritization of roads. Greg Hogan stated that there was not a prioritization and the roads chosen were at the discretion of the road agent.

At 6:30 p.m. Chairperson Scalley recessed the public bond hearing until after the public budget hearing tonight to allow time for the attorney to arrive and Greg Hogan to reach out to her.

At 8:40 p.m. Chairperson Scalley re-opened the public bond hearing.

Greg Hogan explained that there was a mix up in communication and had spoken to the attorney. Hogan explained that he would be presenting the information tonight.

Hogan explained that there is a warrant article for $1,300,000 to repave some of the roads in town. The roads included are: Twin View Dr., St. Margarets St./Tuttlebrook Rd., St. Patricks Church Rd., Sunset Ln., Coyote Ln., Joyce Dr., Ridgeview Dr., Paquette Cir., Birch Rd., Airport Rd., Blueberry Hill Rd., Paquette Dr., Ruth Rd., Lake Rd., Fieldstone/Harmony Ln., Evans Rd., and a 54x58 section of the parking lot at the Transfer Station.

Sue Kraabel inquired about the roads not included. Hogan indicated that that there are several roads not on the list because they are not in disrepair and/or were recently fixed, such as Rivers Edge I and II which were both resurfaced, Little River Rd., the Transfer Station, Parker Rd. or any private roads, to name a few.

It was also briefly discussed that there is an additional warrant article for Birch Road concerning water lines to coincide with the paving, noting if the warrant article passed and Birch Rd. was paved, now would be the time to replace the water line prior to paving. Discussion regarding the waterline on Birch Rd.

Chairperson Scalley made a motion to move forward with the bond to repave the roads; Selectperson Gauthier seconded. Discussion-none. Gauthier-AYE, Mills-AYE, Scalley-AYE.

Selectperson Mills made a motion to close the public bond hearing. Selectperson Gauthier seconded. Mills-AYE, Gauthier-AYE, Scalley-AYE; and the motion passed unanimously.

Selectperson Mills made a motion to adjourn the public bond hearing. Selectperson Gauthier seconded. Mills-AYE, Gauthier-AYE, Scalley-AYE; and the motion passed unanimously. Chairperson Scalley declared the public bond hearing ended at 8:56 p.m.
