OTHER:

The Board discussed merging the Land Use Secretary position with a cleaning/janitorial position and making one part-time position of no more than 29 hours per week. The Board agreed that the position would be a part-time position, noting it would be approximately 20 hours a week for the Land Use Secretary position and an estimated 4-6 hours a week for cleaning the Town Hall and Public Safety buildings, with the notion of additional hours of cleaning if needed for occasional events.

The Board requested that the Secretary generate an ad for the hybrid position and post on the website and Facebook to start, to see if there was any interest before advertising in the newspaper. The ad will include:
• Part-Time position, no more than 29 hours per week.
• Approx. 20 hours a week in the Land Use Secretary position, which will also include attending and recording the Planning and Zoning monthly meetings.
• Approx. 4-6 hours a week cleaning the Town Hall and Public Safety building.
• 64 hours of vacation time (which would be prorated this year).

Selectperson Mycko made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Selectperson Mills seconded. All in favor: Mycko-AYE, Mills-AYE, Scalley-AYE; and the motion passed unanimously. Chairperson Scalley declared the meeting ended at 4:35 p.m.
