Board members present: Bonnie Moroney, Paul Bussiere and David Scalley.

Others present: Tadd Bailey, Jeremy Oleson, Justin Washburn, Bill Smalley, Becki Pederson, Karl Comeau, Chloe Comeau, Kelly Trammell, John Trammell.

The meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m.by Chairman Moroney.

Chairman Moroney made a Motion to: Go into Non-Public Session per RSA 91-A-3 for personnel. Selectman Bussiere seconded and it passed unanimously by roll call: Chairman Moroney, yes; Selectman Bussiere, yes; Selectman Scalley, yes.

At the close of non-public session at 4:10 p.m., Chairman Moroney moved to return to public session and seal the minutes from non-public session. Selectman Scalley seconded and the Motion passed unanimously.

Chairman Moroney said as health insurance was part of the discussion, we will look into whether or not we might have two options for health insurance plans and we will check if the employer can reimburse an employee for co-pay as well as insurance deductible. For the time being, the health insurance plan will stay as it is, but we will continue to look for options that will help the town save money and still be fair to the employees. The Chairman asked if employees would keep track of visits to doctors’ offices, hospitals, tests, etc., so we may have a more complete idea of what we might be looking at for deductible costs. She also said we will check on exact deductible amounts i.e. for individuals vs. total amounts for two-person and family plans.

Chairman Moroney made a Motion to adjourn the meeting. Selectman Bussiere seconded and the Motion passed unanimously. Chairman Moroney declared the meeting ended at 4:20 p.m.
