“These minutes of the Town of Carroll Planning Board have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions and corrections by the Planning Board at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A: 2.

Members Present: Vice-Chair Michael Hogan, Bonnie Moroney, Selectman’s Representative Brian Mycko, Richard Krapf and Alternate Alessandro Foti

Vice-Chair Michael Hogan asked if the board had any corrections for the minutes of December 7, 2017. The secretary had asked at the last Planning Board meeting, December 7th that the board includes a Boundary Line Adjustment in the continuation of Carol Carlson Cunningham’s applications. She said she had made a mistake and that there was no BLA application. On page one, last title, which reads, “SITE PLAN REVIEW-SUBDIVISION-BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT,” should read, “SITE PLAN REVIEW AND SUBDIVISION-CAROL CARLSON CUNNINGHAM…..” On the second page, second sentence, “…MAP 206, LOT 5, FOR A SITE PLAN REVIEW, SUBDIVISION AND BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT.” should read, “….MAP 206, LOT 5, FOR A SITE PLAN REVIEW AND SUBDIVISION.”
Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: approve the minutes of December 7, 2017, with the corrections. Brian Mycko second and the motion passed with 4 ayes and 1 abstention. Alessandro Foti was not at the December meeting.


Vice Chair Hogan told the board that the January 10th workshop was Ken Mills last meeting. That left him as the “acting” chair until April when the board votes the chair for the next year.


Carol Carlson Cunningham sent an email asking for a continuation on her two applications. The board agreed.


Bill Marquis was before the board asking about a minor subdivision for his property on Blueberry Hill Road, Map 416, and Lot 016-000-01A. The board explained he had enough acreage and frontage to subdivide. They explained he would need a surveyor and to check his deed.

Richard Krapf made a motion to: adjourn the meeting. Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

The meeting ended at 7:25.
